Spring Meltdown 5K Marathon

The Mid-Island Rotary Club is pleased to announce its 9th annual Spring Meltdown 5K Run/Walk May 2026. The event will take place at Freshkills Park

The Mid-Island Rotary Club is active in community service and charitable activities. Through the efforts of our membership and with support from businesses like you, we will continue to help charities throughout Staten Island, making it a better place to live and grow. All profits from this event are given to local charities to assist Staten Islanders in need.

All proceeds from this race will go to Staten Island not for profit charities and food pantries. Attached is the flyer for the race and also pictures of some of the things the Mid Island Rotary has done on Staten Island the last couple of years. We hope we can have your support by sponsoring or participating in this year’s Spring Meltdown.
