Vincent began his real estate career in New York in 1983, at the age of 18. Within five years, he acquired the first of two real estate franchises. He is currently the Broker/Owner of Century 21 Zaloom Realty. He was consistently ranked among the top producing agents within both organizations. In 1991, Vincent added teaching/speaking to his career and has, to date, taught and trained over 10,500 people in the real estate field. That same year, he attended his first Sweathogs class, and out of 130 students, Vincent ranked number one in production. The skills he learned from Sweathogs catapulted him to the top of his real estate profession, both regionally and nationally.

In recent years, Vincent has made a commitment to help other people realize their dreams in the real estate field by joining forces with Sweathogs. Vincent is unique in that, while a trainer, he remains active in real estate sales in New York City. This allows him to form a special bond with his students, as he shares the same day-to-day experiences with them. In addition, Vincent’s active involvement also allows him to stay current with the trends in this ever-changing real estate field.
