Mackenzie Iburg-Billera serves as the Director of Development at Community Resources Staten Island. Her commitment to supporting the intellectual and developmental disability and autistic community began at an early age, when she became an advocate for her twin brother, Maximilian, who was diagnosed at birth with cerebral palsy. Decades later, her dedication deepened when her older sister Morgan’s son, Matteo, was diagnosed with Level 3 Autism, solidifying Mackenzie’s lifelong mission to strengthen and support this community through her work.

Mackenzie is happily married to her husband, Michael, and together they share their home with two dogs, Melo and Sweet Pea.
